Brecon Canal 225

This year is the 225th anniversary of the 'Brecon Canal' - the predecessor to the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal - and we at Beacon Park Boats are delighted to do our bit in celebrating this historic waterway.

As part of the planned activities to mark the occasion, we have been delighted to be able to provide glorious illustrations from our friend the late Michael Blackmore of the canal. Appointment of Administrators 5 June 2026

Paul Williams and Oliver Collinge were appointed Joint Administrators of Beacon Park Boats Limited (“the Company”) on 5 June 2026. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability. Paul Williams and Oliver Collinge are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.

The administrators are continuing to trade the business with a view to a sale as a going concern. We are still accepting and fulfilling all holiday bookings as well as day boat hires. Any deposits paid to the administrators will be ring fenced.
