Luxury holidays in a stunning location

Our stunning 36-mile long waterway is regarded as the UK’s most picturesque canal. Unusually, it rises high above the valley floor offering amazing views of the countryside. Separate from the rest of the UK canal network, it remains a tranquil and uncrowded waterway, passing through charming villages.

Dark sky reserve

Dark sky reserve

On the Mon & Brec it's not just the fresh air which seems clearer, with the Brecon Beacons only the fifth destination in the world to be named an International Dark Sky Reserve - perfect for a relaxed night spent stargazing.

We couldn't fault the service at Beacon Park Boats. We were offered cold beer and bubbles on arrival, which was very welcome on a 26C day. The team had hung an Australian flag on the boat which was a nice touch.
