Updated 18th May 2020
The outbreak and effects of the Coronavirus pandemic is presenting us all with unforeseen challenges. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the virus, and we would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.
As always, the heath, wellbeing and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. We monitor official guidance daily, and our actions reflect the latestand advice.
Following the UK Government's directive on the evening of March 23rd 2020, we temporarily suspended our operations (narrowboats, cottages and day boats). Subsequent directives have meant that we now have to extend that period until the end of June 2020.
We understand that this will be disappointing news and we will work with you to find the best possible solution to your holiday plans; we are currently contacting all those who have holidays booked with us up to and including June 2020.
We will reopen on Monday 6th July 2020 unless directed otherwise by the UK Government. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update our information as things change.
As you can imagine our phone line has been extremely busy and we ask that you contact us via email to enable us to respond as efficiently as possible. If you cannot communicate via email please leave us an answerphone message and we will respond as soon as possible; this will enable us to help as many people as efficiently as possible.
Please check our website and social media channels for any new announcements relating to the Coronavirus and Beacon Park Boats & Cottages.
